摘　　要：随着全球极端气候的频繁出现,辽宁省干旱频发。通过大量水文资料、土壤墒情、农业生产、社会经济数据的调查和分析,总结了2014年辽宁省春旱、夏旱的演进过程,分析了此次干旱的特征和对农业生产、农村生活产生的影响,为辽宁省干旱的进一步研究提供依据。With high frequency of global extreme climates, the drought happens frequently in Liaoning province.Through the extensive investigation and analysis of hydrologic data, soil moisture content, agricultural production and social and economic data, the paper sums up the evolution process of spring and summer drought happening in Liaoning province in 2014 and analyzes the drought features and effect on agricultural production and rural life to provide the basis for further research into the provincial drought.
