摘　　要：本文利用中国上市公司治理指数(CCGI^(NK))对2008~2015年中国金融机构公司治理水平进行评价,并实证检验上市金融机构公司治理的有效性。研究发现,上市金融机构的公司治理质量稳步提升且具有一定的有效性,其对财务绩效的提升和风险承担的控制具有显著作用。但只有董事会治理维度指数显著地发挥作用,其余治理分指数没有对财务绩效的提升和风险承担的控制发挥显著作用。This paper uses CCGI^NK to evaluate the corporate governance of Chinese financial institutions during 2008- 2015, and examine the effectiveness of the corporate governance of listed financial institutions. It＇s found that the corporate governance of listed financial institutions steadily improves and has some effectiveness, and it significantly influences the improvement in financial performance and the control of risk-taking, but only the dimension index of the board of directors governance has significant effects, the other sub-indices of governance has no significant effects on the improve- ment in financial performance and the control of risk-taking.
