摘　　要：对平顶山地区低铝硅比铝土矿（A／S 4～5）进行了1t／d规模的铝土矿梯度浮选脱硅方法的半工业连选试验。通过连选流程计算、设备选择配置、磨矿调试和浮选连续稳定运转，获得了连续运转15个班（8h／班）的加权平均试验指标：原矿A／S 4．72，精矿A／S 9．04，精矿产率67．72％，A1203回收率76．73％。所获得的半工业试验结果验证了铝土矿梯度浮选脱硅方法的可靠性，A bauxite gradient flotation desilication pilot continuous test which scale is one ton in a day is conducted, which is low Si/A1 ratio （4 -5 ） inPingdingshan. By means of pilot test flow calculation, equipment selection, grinding debugging and continuous stable flotation test working, the weightedaverage test result of continuous 15 operating periods（8h/period） is obtained in which the A/S of crude ore is 4.72, the A/S of concentration is 9.04,concentration yield is 67.72% and A1203 recovery is 76.73%. The result of pilot continuous test shows that the bauxite gradient flotation desilication flowis reliable and which can be used as the basis for the industrial project construction.
