泰科补片与Lichtenstein两种术式治疗腹股沟疝的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨泰科补片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用。方法分析2010年3月~2014年12月收治的腹股沟疝患者,泰科组152例及Lichtenstein组148例,比较两组患者手术时间,术中出血量,术后并发症及短期复发率。结果两组患者手术时间,术中出血量,术后切口感染及阴囊积液差异比较无统计学意义;平均住院时间,术后疼痛,术后切口血肿及术后异物感差异比较有统计学意义,泰科组均低于Lichtenstein组;两组短期复发率均为0。结论泰科PARIETEX TECRT8补片行腹膜前间隙疝修补术并发症少,可以达到满意的临床效果。Objective To assess clinical application of the TYCO mesh in patients with inguinal hernia underwent tension- free repairs. Methods Clinical data with cases of inguinal hernia repair（ i. e. two groups including 152 cases with TYCO mesh and 148 cases with Lichtenstein mesh） at our hospital from March 2010 to December 2014 were analyzed,the operation time,peri- operative bleeding,postoperative complications and short- term recurrence rate were observed. Results There were no significant differences on the operation time,peri- operative bleeding,wound infection and scrotal effusion in both groups. The mean hospitalization,wound pain,wound hematoma and foreign body sensation after operation was statistically significant,cases with TYCO was lower than Lichtenstein. The recurrence rate in both groups was zero. Conclusions The repair of inguinal hernia with TYCO has lower complication. The curative effect is satisfactory.
