中医护理干预对肿瘤化疗患者胃肠道反应的影响

摘　　要：目的研究在肿瘤化疗患者中进行中医护理干预对其胃肠道反应造成的影响。方法随机选取接受肿瘤化疗的患者90例,根据治疗时间分为两组,所有患者都进行顺铂化疗,并且在治疗之前向其静脉中注射格雷司琼以及地塞米松两种药物,同时使用常规方法进行护理,与此同时,干预组患者需要使用中医方法进行护理。结果干预组患者胃肠道反应的发生率明显低于对照组,将上述数据使用统计学软件进行对比和检验,差异显示为P<0.05,证明统计学意义明显。结论在肿瘤化疗患者中进行中医护理干预,能够减少其胃肠道反应的发生率,同时避免重度胃肠道反应的发生,提高疾病治疗效果,增加患者的舒适度,具有一定的推广和应用价值。Objective To study the effect of TCM nursing intervention on the gastrointestinal reaction in patients with tumor chemotherapy. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital received chemotherapy in 90 patients,according to the time of treatment,divided into two groups,all patients received cisplatin chemotherapy and before treatment to the intravenous injection of gray granisetron and dexamethasone two drugs. At the same time,the conventional method of nursing. At the same time,the intervention group patients need to use the method of traditional Chinese medicine nursing. Results The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the above data were compared with the statistical software,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions TCM nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction in patients with tumor chemotherapy,and avoid the occurrence of severe gastrointestinal reactions,improve the treatment effect,increase the comfort of patients,and has a certain popularization and application value.
