摘　　要：产品数据管理与项目管理是制造业信息化管理的两条主线。产品数据管理通过企业的执行层推进,项目管理通过企业的管理层推进。产品数据管理与项目管理的集成研究,实现了项目管理中产品研发任务的分解,协同和产品数据管理中对象按照项目计划、组织,控制的管理方式。从而达到了项目与产品的协同管理,推动了产品的全生命周期管理,提高了产品研发管理能力。Product data management and project management are the two main line of manufacturing information management. Product data management advances by the executive of the enterprise, while project management advices by the management of the enterprise. The research on the integration of product data management and project management achieved the goals which decomposed and collaborate product development task in project management and managed objects according to the project plan, organization, control management in product data management. Through all above of the work, it realizes the collaborative management of the project and the product, promotes the lifecycle management of product and improves the production efficiency of enterprises.
