土栖白蚁死巢指示菌的研究与应用

摘　　要：目的研究土栖白蚁死巢指示菌碳角菌产生条件、指示菌出地表的面积与巢体大小、指示菌种类与巢体深浅、以及指示菌的生长与不同死亡蚁巢关系。方法诱杀白蚁、现场调查、信息汇总、系统分析。结果死巢指示菌与温度、湿度之间、指示菌出地表的面积与主巢大小、指示菌种类与主巢深浅、指示菌生长与不同死亡蚁巢有着一定的关系。结论利用土栖白蚁诱杀技术,结合土栖白蚁死亡蚁巢地面指示菌确定蚁巢是否死亡、蚁巢准确位置、蚁巢的大小,再根除蚁巢,是一种是简便有效的白蚁防治方法。Objective To research environment conditions of the dead nest indicator fungus,Xylariaceae,of the soil habitat termites. Methods Termites were monitored and controlled,the environment conditions were observed and measured. Results The growth of dead nest indicator fungus was related with temperature,humidity and nest size.Conclusion Trap and kill termites technology,combined with the indicator fungus would be helpful to determine the effect of the termite control.
