前列地尔治疗老年2型糖尿病合并肾功能不全的疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔治疗老年2型糖尿病合并肾功能不全患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取该院2013年5月—2015年5月收治的50例老年2型糖尿病合并肾功能不全患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组25例,对照组采用常规治疗方式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用前列地尔治疗,观察比较两组治疗方式的治疗效果。结果观察组的血肌酐、尿蛋白、尿素氮均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔在老年2型糖尿病合并肾功能不全患者中应用效果显著,能显著降低尿蛋白,安全有效,值得在临床上推广。Objective Discuss Alprostadil treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and renal insufficiency clinical curative effect and security. Methods Selected from May 2012 to May 2014 were 50 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and renal insufficiency as the research object, according to the different methods of treatment were divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases in each group, Control group using conventional treatment, on the basis of observation group in the control group treated with Alprostadil, compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of treatment. Results Observation group of serum creatinine, urine protein and urea nitrogen are lower than the control group,significant difference（P〈0.05）, statistically significant; Observation group of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose were lower than the control group, significant difference（P〈0.05）, with statistical significance.？Conclusion Alprostadil in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and renal insufficiency in application effect significantly, can significantly reduce the urine protein, is safe and effective, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
