2型糖尿病患者输卵管伞端妊娠合并盆腔积液的护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者输卵管伞端妊娠合并盆腔积液的临床护理方法。方法选择该院2014年9月—2015年9月期间进行诊治的48例输卵管伞端妊娠合并盆腔积液的2型糖尿病患者作为受试对象,运用计算机抽样法进行平均分组,一组24例患者给予常规化护理作为对照组;一组24例患者给予精心的护理干预作为研究组,比较两组患者围术期血糖指标、临床疗效和并发症情况。结果研究组患者的总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率(8.33%)低于对照组(20.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术前、术中、术后各阶段血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对输卵管伞端妊娠合并盆腔积液的2型糖尿病患者实施精心的护理,对患者康复具有积极的促进作用。Objective To study the efficacy of clinical nursing method for patients with type 2 diabetes, oviduct umbrella end of pregnancy and pelvic effusion. Methods 48 cases with type 2 diabetes, oviduct umbrella end of pregnancy and pelvic effusion diagnosed and treated in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the subjects and equally divided into the control group and the study group with 24 cases in each in accordance with the computer sampling method. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and those in the study group were treated by careful nursing intervention. And the values of perioperative indexes, clinical efficacy and incidence of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（93.75% vs 81.25%）, the difference was statistically significant,P 0.05. The incidence of complications of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（8.33% vs 20.83%）, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. The preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative blood glucose level in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, respectively with statistically significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes, oviduct umbrella end of pregnancy and pelvic effusion, careful nursing intervention is of great significance in promoting the rehabilitation.
