以滋阴养血法为主治疗糖尿病外阴瘙痒症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析以滋阴养血法为主治疗糖尿病外阴瘙痒症的临床效果,为临床提供参考。方法选取该院收治的100例糖尿病外阴瘙痒症患者作为观察对象,收治时间为2014年5月—2015年5月,采用随机分组的方式将100例糖尿病外阴瘙痒症患者分成对照组与实验组,实验组50例,对照组50例。对照组采取常规治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上采取以滋阴养血法为主的治疗方案,观察比较两组糖尿病外阴瘙痒症患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及生活质量评分。结果对照组50例糖尿病外阴瘙痒症患者的总有效率(74.00%)显著低于实验组50例糖尿病外阴瘙痒症患者的总有效率(94.00%);经比较可知,两组糖尿病外阴瘙痒症患者的不良反应发生率的比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,两组糖尿病外阴瘙痒症患者生活质量评分的比较结果差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论对糖尿病外阴瘙痒症患者采取以滋阴养血法为主的治疗方案,能够有效提高患者的生活质量,改善患者的临床症状,效果明显,且患者不易出现不良反应,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To analyze is given priority to with ziyin yangxue method for treatment of diabetes vulva pruritus, provide reference for clinical. Methods Select our hospital 100 cases of diabetic patients with vulva pruritus as research object, the treated time is in May 2014 to May 2015, with the method of random grouping will pruritus vulvae, 100 cases of diabetes patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases of experimental group and control group of 50 cases. Control group treated with conventional, on the basis of the experimental group in the control group take treatment is given priority to with ziyin yangxue method, compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients with diabetes vulva pruritus, incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life score. Results The control group total effective rate of 50 patients with diabetes vulva pruritus（74.00%） was significantly lower than the experimental group total effective rate of 50 patients with diabetes vulva pruritus（94.00%）. By comparison, the two groups of patients with diabetes vulva pruritus of the incidence of adverse reactions of the comparison results, there is no significant difference（P〈0.05, statistics has no meaning, two groups of patients with diabetes vulva pruritus comparison results the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05.Conclusion For patients with diabetes vulva pruritus is given priority to with ziyin yangxue method of treatment, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms, obvious effect, and not easy to appear adverse reactions, patients with safe and reliable, is worth promoting.
