摘　　要：目的探讨合并糖尿病直肠癌患者行腹会阴联合根治术的围手术期的护理。方法对35例合并糖尿病的直肠癌需行Miles手术的患者进行术前护理、血糖管理、术后病情观察,饮食指导,造瘘口护理等围手术期护理。结果该组35例合并糖尿病的低位直肠癌患者行手术后均治愈出院。结论通过对合并糖尿病的低位直肠癌患者进行有效的围手术期护理,可预防并减少并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of Low rectal cancer Patients with diabetes mellitus who conducted Miles operation. Methods Carrying out perioperative nursing for 35 cases Low rectal cancer with diabetes Patients who need have a Miles operation, which consisted of preoperative nursing, blood glucose management, postoperative observation, diet guidance and stoma care. Results All 35 cases low rectal cancer with diabetes mellitus patients were cured after Miles operation. Conclusion The effective perioperative nursing of Low rectal cancer Patients with diabetes mellitus can prevent and reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote patient＇s rehabilitation.
