人性化护理对肝病合并糖尿病患者的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析人性化护理对肝病合并糖尿病患者的影响。方法资料选取该院2014年11月—2015年11月收治的102例肝病合并糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析,根据护理时不同方案分为给予常规护理的对照组(45例)与给予人性化护理的观察组(57例),对比两组护理前后心理状态评分、血糖水平变化情况及生存质量评分。结果护理后观察组SDS、SAS评分、FBG、2 h PG及Hb A1c水平较护理前降低幅度均比对照组大(P<0.05);观察组生存质量各维度评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理应用于肝病合并糖尿病患者,可缓解其负面情绪,并有效控制患者血糖水平,从而提高生活质量,具有临床推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of humanized nursing on patients with liver disease and diabetes. Methods The data were selected in our hospital in November 2014- 2015 years 11 months from 102 patients with liver disease complicated with diabetes mellitus patients were retrospectively analyzed, according to nursing different scheme divided into given routine nursing care in control group（45 cases） and observation group given the humanized nursing care（57 cases）, compared two groups of nursing and mental status score, blood glucose levels and quality of life score. Results Hb A1 c, SAS, 2h PG, FBG and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing can relieve the negative emotions of patients with liver disease complicated with diabetes, and can effectively control the blood glucose level, so as to improve the quality of life, and has clinical value.
