解毒消瘀膏联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒消瘀膏联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法:196例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各98例。两组患者均口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊,每次0.5 g,bid;观察组患者在此基础上配合局部外敷解毒消瘀膏,每周1次;对照组患者在口服药物基础上配合局部外涂双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂,bid。两组均2周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察两组患者的临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和骨关节炎指数可视化量表(WOMAC)总分及不良反应。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为94.7%,明显高于对照组(88.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者的VAS评分与WOMAC总分均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组降低程度比对照组更显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:外敷解毒消瘀膏联合口服硫酸氨基葡萄糖钾胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效良好,既能够缓解膝关节的疼痛,又能提高其活动功能。OBJECTIVE：To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Jiedu xiaoyu cream combined with Glucosamine potassium sulfate capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. METHODS：196 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 98 cases. Both group were given Glucosamine potassium sulfate capsules 0.5 mg/time,bid;observation group additionally received Jiedu xiaoyu cream for local use,once a week;control group additionally received Diclofenac diethylamine emulsifiable paste for local use,bid. A treatment course lasted for 2 weeks,and both groups received 3 courses of treatment. Clinical efficacy,VAS scores,WOMAC scores and ADR of 2 groups were observed. RESULTS：The total effective rate of observation group was 94.7%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（88.3%）,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment,VAS and WOMAC scores of 2 groups decreased obviously,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;the decrease of observation group was more significant than that of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS：Jiedu xiaoyu cream combined with Glucosamine potassium sulfate capsules has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,can relieve knee pain and improve the function of activity.
