摘  要:近年,我国细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))污染严重,危害环境质量和公众健康,成为影响社会民生的重大环境问题.美国PM_(2.5)污染防治起步较早,通过采取一系列的法规和措施,建立了较完善的管理制度,使PM_(2.5)环境空气质量得到明显改善.总结了美国PM_(2.5)的治理历程,回顾PM_(2.5)环境空气质量的改善状况,重点分析空气质量未达标区的控制对策以及州实施计划等管理制度的特点,并以加州为例介绍具体的控制措施,以期对我国有关部门制定PM_(2.5)的管理控制对策提供支持.In recent years, the pollution of fine particles(PM2.5) in China which caused seriously damage to environmental quality and public health has become a prominent environmental and social issue. The prevention of PM2.5pollution in US was initiated decades ago with a gradually advanced management system established and a series of regulations and measures implemented which effectively controlled the PM2.5contamination. The methods of PM2.5emission governance and environmental air quality improvement in the United States were reviewed in this article focused on the characteristic analysis of national countermeasures and states’ implementation plans in areas failed to achieve the standard. The case of California was illustrated to provide references for establishment of PM2.5management system in China.
