摘 要:表面粗糙度值是重要的表面完整性指标之一,其数值及分布特征对机械零件使用性能影响显著。为研究预应力淬硬磨削复合加工零件表面粗糙度值特征及影响机理,以40Cr材料为载体,开展预应力淬硬磨削复合加工试验,分别测量加工后试件表面切入段、中间段、切出段的表面粗糙度值,分析表面粗糙度值及分布特征与机理。结果表明:试件表面粗糙度值沿表面分布不均匀,从切入段到切出段表面粗糙度值呈逐渐增大的趋势。预应力一定时,随着磨削深度的增加,试件表面粗糙度值逐渐增加;磨削深度不变,预应力增大时试件表面粗糙度值降低,表面完整性有所提高。Surface roughness is an important index of surface integrity,which has a significant effect on the performance of mechanical parts.Pre-stress hardening grinding test was carried out on 40 Cr workpiece,during which characteristics and influence factors of surface roughness were studied.The surface roughness of initial,middle and final sections of the workpiece was respectively measured.Results showed that the surface roughness of the workpiece was not uniform along the surface,and that it assumed a gradually increasing trend from initial section to the final.As pre-stress remained constant,the surface roughness of the workpiece increased gradually with the increase of cutting depth.However,as cutting depth remained constant,with the increase of pre-stress,the surface roughness decreased but the surface integrity of the workpiece increased.
