摘  要:超硬磨料砂轮以其优越的磨削性能极大地推进了磨削技术的发展,在加工难加工材料、高效磨削和精密磨削等方面取得了显著成果。但由于超硬磨料磨削技术尚处于发展初期,还存在许多未解决的难题,其中超硬砂轮修整困难就是问题之一,该问题严重制约了超硬磨料砂轮的推广应用。本文针对超硬磨料砂轮的修整问题,归纳论述了各种超硬磨料砂轮修整的原理、特点,并对超硬磨料砂轮修整的发展方向做了展望。Due to their superior grinding performances,super abrasive grinding wheel greatly promotes the development of grinding technology,especially in grinding difficult-to-process materials,high efficiency grinding and precision grinding.However,it is still in early phase of development and there are same key difficult problems which seriously restrict the application of super abrasive grinding wheel,one of which is dressing technology.Regarding the dressing of super abrasive grinding wheel,various effective dressing methods were analyzed and reviewed in this paper,including principles and characteristics.In the end,the future prospect on the development of dressing was described.
