基于三甲评审标准的精细化管理实践

摘　　要：加强医院内涵建设,推行精细化管理,持续改进医疗质量是现代医院管理的重点。2013年医院按照《三级甲等肿瘤专科医院评审标准》的要求,理顺医院精细化管理的思路,将精细化管理理念与PDCA循环理念、方法引入医院的实际工作中,修订完善管理制度、强化落实责任、加强质控监督、突出专科特色、构建信息化体系,推动医院全面提升医疗管理和服务能力。Strengthening connotation construction, implementing refined management and continuously improving the medical service quality are the key points in modern hospital management. According to the accreditation standards for tertiary grade A tumor hospital, our hospital straightened out hospital refined management idea and combined it with PDCA cycle before put into practice. Through revising management system, strengthening the implementation of the responsibility and quality supervision, highlighting the characteristics of specialized subjects and building informatization system, promote hospital medical management and service ability.
