摘 要:采用醋酸锌水溶液浸泡加锌的方法制备不同含锌量的烧结矿和焦炭试样,并对烧结矿试样进行低温还原粉化率及还原性指标的测试,对焦炭试样进行CO2反应性及反应后强度的测试。结果表明,随着含锌量的增加,烧结矿的RDI+3.15和RDI+6.3减小而RDI-0.5明显增大,间接还原速率和RI降低,焦炭的CRI增高而CSR降低,烧结矿中锌含量的增加使其低温还原粉化性和还原性变差,同时焦炭中锌含量的增加使其热性能变差;与喷洒ZnSO4水溶液加锌方法相比,采用醋酸锌水溶液浸泡加锌方法能更准确地确定ZnO对焦炭热性能的影响程度。Sinter and coke samples with various zinc contents were prepared by the approach of soaking with zinc acetate aqueous solution.The low-temperature reduction degradation index and reducibility were measured for sinter samples,and the CO2 reactivity and strength after reaction were measured for coke samples.The results show that with increasing zinc content,the RDI+3.15 ,RDI+6.3 ,reduction rate and RI of sinter decrease,RDI-0.5 of sinter substantially increases,and the CRI of coke increases and CSR of coke decreases.The increase of zinc content in sinter results in the decrease of the reduc-tion degradation index and reducibility of sinter,and the increase of zinc content in coke results in the decrease of the thermal property of coke.Compared with zinc addition by spraying ZnSO4 aqueous so-lution,the approach of soaking with zinc acetate aqueous solution is more effective in determining the influence of ZnO on the thermal properties of coke.
