摘 要:通过在炼焦配煤中分别添加加拿大BLC、澳大利亚FMC和中国鄂西铁矿粉炼制铁焦,研究添加铁矿粉的种类及配比、入炉煤的性质和堆积密度等对铁焦初始反应温度的影响。结果表明,在配煤中添加10%铁矿粉所制铁焦的初始反应温度显著降低,其中添加鄂西铁矿粉所制铁焦的初始反应温度最低,比添加加拿大BLC铁矿粉所制铁焦的初始反应温度低54℃;铁焦的初始反应温度随铁矿粉中SiO2含量的增加而降低;随着炼焦配煤中添加铁矿粉比例的增加,铁焦的初始反应温度呈线性降低,当添加20%加拿大BLC铁矿粉时,铁焦的初始反应温度较未添加时低255℃;入炉煤的性质和堆积密度对铁焦初始反应温度的影响较小。Ferro-cokes were prepared by adding 3 kinds of iron ore powder,i.e.Canadian BLC ore, Australian FMC ore and Chinese E’xi ore into coke-making blend coal,respectively.The effects of kind and mixture ratio of iron ore powder as well as properties and bulk density of the coal charge on the initial reaction temperature of ferro-coke were investigated.The results show that the initial reac-tion temperature of ferro-coke decreases obviously by adding 10% of different iron ore powders,and the initial reaction temperature of ferro-coke prepared by adding E’xi iron ore powder is the lowest, which is 54 ℃ lower than that of ferro-coke prepared by adding Canadian BLC ore powder.The initial reaction temperature of ferro-coke decreases with the increase of SiO2 content in iron ore powder.It decreases linearly with the increase of adding ratio of iron ore powder,and the initial reaction tempera-ture of ferro-coke prepared by adding 20% of Canadian BLC iron ore powder is 255 ℃ lower than that of non-ferrous coke.Properties and bulk density of the coal charge have little influence on the initial reaction temperature of ferro-coke.
