摘 要:针对引信中的普通开关无法满足在碰靶时高过载下可靠接通电路,设计了一种机械式惯性加速度开关,利用炮弹发射时的后座加速度过载使其闭合并且自锁,在碰靶的反向高过载下能保持锁定状态,使电路有效、可靠地接通。仿真结果表明,该开关可以实现可靠闭合自锁。Aiming at the problem that ordinary switch in the fuze can’t close the circuit reliably when hit the target under high overload circumstance,a mechanical inertial acceleration switch is designed by using of the artillery firing overload which makes it closed and locked. It can keep locked under the high overload caused by hitting,and make the circuit effectively and reliably closed. Experiments and simulation results demonstrate that the switch can achieve reliable auto-lock,which provides the theoretical basis for the actual application.
