摘　　要：针对当前计算机和网络技术的普及,建议地震系统加快将现代网络技术运用到地震档案数据管理工作中,以推进地震档案数据资源共享的进程,实现局系统各单位档案数据资源信息的共建共享,一方面使用者能方便、快捷地查询所需信息,另一方面也使档案管理模式从以档案实体保管和利用为主,转向以档案信息的数字化存储和提供服务为重心,从而使档案工作进一步走向规范化、数字化和社会化。Concerning popularization of computer and network technology,it is suggested in this paper that earthquake administration system should accelerate to apply the modern network technology to seismic archives management,in order to promote the progress of seismic archives data resource sharing and realize the construction of information network.This,on the one hand,would make users be able to search information easily and quickly.On the other hand,it shifts the focus of archives management mode from paper-archives storage to digital archives storage and service,thus leads the archives management to standardization,digitization and socialization.
