摘  要:依托XT高速公路K63+500附近引孔加桩加固管桩地基路堤工程,划出一块区域作为试验区,进行了管桩施工时的桩体及桩间土的水平位移测试,并根据桩体水平位移(沿深度)曲线推算得到新加管桩的桩身最大弯矩。结果表明:(1)沉桩挤土效应对桩体和桩间土所产生的水平位移基本一致;(2)由管桩和桩间土内测斜管测得的水平位移沿深度曲线计算出的最小曲率半径接近,其中曲线上段所得的管桩最小曲率半径是桩间土的0.93倍,下段为0.90倍。(3)引孔加桩施工的挤土效应明显,部分新加管桩桩身最大弯矩超过管桩最小开裂弯矩,可能已经出现开裂。On the basis of hole pile strengthened pipe pile foundation embankment at K63 + 500 of XT Highway project,an area has been settled as the experimental zone for the testing of horizontal displacement of pipe pile construction between pile and soil,and the maximum bending moment of the newly additional pipe pile has been concluded according to the displacement curve of pile( depth). Results have shown that:( 1) The soil compaction effect of pile is basically consistent with pile soil horizontal displacement;( 2) The minimum curvature radius calculated along the depth curve has been quite close while being measured between the horizontal displacement of the pipe pile and pile soil inclined testing tube,with the minimum curvature radius of the top curve section being 0. 93 times that of soil between piles,and the bottom part being 0. 90 times.( 3) The compaction effect of guide hole pile construction is obvious,as the maximum bending moment of some newly additional pipe pile body has exceeded the minimum cracking moment of pipe piles,which means that there may be cracks for those pipe piles.
