摘  要:对比国内铅锌矿,青海省铅锌资源以中小型矿为主,均含有伴生组分。在开发利用方面存在以下问题:(1)采矿技术欠佳,矿石损失率大,贫化率高;(2)采用直接浮选法,资源浪费严重,综合利用率低。青海铅锌矿开发利用改进建议:(1)加强宏观调控,采取企业综合整合,"以大带小";(2)吸引外资,招商引资,加快矿业发展;(3)提高采选率,降低矿石贫化率,培养从业人员的综合素质及专业技能;(4)健全法律法规,加强管理,提高技术开发手段,充分利用资源;(5)改变经营理念,实施循环经济及技能科技示范工程,"变废为宝";(6)加强青海铅锌矿区及附近基础设施建设,改善周边交通环境。Around China, lead-zinc resources in Qinghai province are mainly small and medium sized mines containing associated components. This paper analyzes the problems that we face in exploitation and utilization. For example, because of poor mining technology, the loss of ores is big and dilution is high. There is serious waste of resources and low comprehensive utilization rate caused by using direct flotation method. On account of this, this paper offers some measures required for improving development and utilization of lead-zinc mine. These measures lay emphasis on the following: ifrst, strengthening macro-control and taking enterprise integration; second, attracting foreign business and investment with a view to speeding up the development of mining; third, improving mining-dressing rate and reducing dilution, as well as cultivating the comprehensive quality and professional skills of practitioner staff; fourth, perfecting laws and regulations, reinforcing the management, and improving technology development means so as to make good use of resources; iffth, changing management notion, implementing circular economy and demonstrative project of technical skills with a goal of making waste proiftable; sixth, enhancing infrastructure construction of near and lead and zinc mine area in Qinghai, and improving the surrounding trafifc environment.
