精囊镜治疗血精100例的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析精囊镜治疗血精的临床效果。方法:2013年1月至2015年1月期间,于我院选取100例血精症患者作为研究对象,并根据治疗方式的不同,将其分为对照组(常规保守治疗)与观察组(精囊镜治疗),每组各50例,比较临床疗效及精液参数变化。结果:治疗后,观察组总显效率(90%)明显高于对照组(32%),差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精囊镜治疗血精临床效果显著,有助于患者精液质量的提高,应用前景广阔,值得临床推广应用。Objectives： To investigate the clinical effect of seminal vesicle in the treatment of hematospermia. Methods： 100 hemospermia patients from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and,according to different treatment methods,divided into control group（ routine treatment） and observation group（ seminal vesicle treatment）,each of 50 cases. The clinical efficacy and changes in semen parameters were compared. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group（ 90%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 32%）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of seminal vesicle in the treatment of hematospermia is significant,conducive to improving the quality of semen. With broad prospects for application,it is worthy of clinical application.
