自拟方药益肾通癃胶囊治疗前列腺增生症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟方药益肾通癃胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症临床疗效。方法:选择84例符合诊断的良性前列腺增生症患者。分为中药实验组28例,西药对照组28例,中成药对照组28例。实验组口服自拟方药益肾通癃胶囊6粒/次,2次/d;西药对照组口服盐酸坦索罗辛0.2mg,1次/d;中成药对照组口服癃闭舒胶囊3粒/次,2次/d;三组均连续服药8周,每两周复诊一次,记录相关数据。结果:实验组治疗有效率为89.28%,西药对照组85.71%,中成药对照组75.00%,三组有效率比较,实验组与西药对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组与中成药对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾通癃胶囊治疗BPH有一定疗效,值得进一步临床研究和推广。Objectives： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yishen tonglong capsule in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Method： 84 cases were selected and divided into Chinese medicine experiment group（ 28 cases）,western medicine control group（ 28 cases）,and Chinese medicine control group（ 28 cases）. Experimental group was treated with Yishen Tonglong capsule with 6 capsules / time,2 times a day; western medicine control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride 0. 2mg,1 times a day; traditional Chinese medicine control group was treated with Longbishu capsule 3 pills / time,2 times a day; three groups were given continuous medication for 8 weeks,with subsequent visit every two weeks to record data. Results： The effective rate in experimental group was 89. 28%,western medicine control group（ 85. 71%） and Chinese medicine control group（ 75%）. The difference between experimental group and western medicine control group was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The difference between experimental group and the traditional Chinese medicine control group was statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Yishen tonglong capsule in the treatment of BPH has certain curative effect,which is worthy of further clinical study and promotion.
