摘　　要：对湖北某钢厂用高挥发分1/3焦煤和气煤进行煤质分析比较,并探讨了提高气煤配用的关键控制方法,研究表明Y值较低的高挥发分1/3焦煤煤质偏气煤特征,在一定配用范围内,气煤可以替代部分高挥发分1/3焦煤,降低配煤成本;另外,通过增加单种煤成焦粗粒镶嵌结构较高的煤种配用量,气煤用量提高到10%以上,焦炭质量不劣化。The coal property of 1/3coking coal and gas coal used in a steel corporation in Hubei was analyzed and compared in this paper,as well as the key blending technology for increasing gas coal.As shown by the result,the property of 1/3coking coal with high volatile and low Y value was close to that of the gas coal.So the gas coal could be used to replace 1/3coking coal in a certain range,the blending cost could be decreased.And by increasing the blending ratio of coal with high coarse grained,the blending ratio of gas coal could be increased to more than 10%,and the coke was not deteriorated.
