摘  要:武钢CSP薄板坯连铸连轧生产Q235B过程中纵裂漏钢事故多发,严重影响生产顺行。经分析,造成Q235B纵裂漏钢的原因有钢水成分不达标,结晶器铜板表面质量差,冷却水量和进水温度不合适等。对钢水成分、结晶器锥度、结晶器冷却等相关工艺参数采取了一系列针对性控制措施,将Q235B钢纵裂漏钢率由2010年之前的0.531%降至2015年的0,提高了铸机生产效率,降低了事故成本损失。The longitudinal-crack breakout frequently occurred in CSP during producing Q235 Band severely affected the smooth production.The reasons of Q235Blongitudinal-crack breakout were investigated,mainly including the unqualified molten steel composition,poor surface quality of mould copper plate,improper mould cooling water flow and water temperature.After the investigation,a series of countermeasures were taken,such as composition of molten steel,mould taper and mould cooling adjustment.By these measures,the longitudinal-crack breakout rate of Q235 Bwas reduced from 0.531 % before 2010 to 0of 2015,which greatly improved the production efficiency of casting machine and reduced the cost of accident damage sharply.
