摘 要:利用湿热老化环境试验箱,在温度分别为60℃、70℃和80℃及湿度为75%环境下开展了模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板(EPS)、挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板(XPS)和聚异氰酸酯改性硬质聚氨酯泡沫(PIRPU)等三种典型聚合物基保温材料的湿热老化试验。利用离子色谱仪分析了湿热老化后三种材料中阻燃元素含量,发现随老化试验时间的延长,阻燃剂含量会持续降低。利用氧指数仪和锥形量热仪研究了老化后三种材料的燃烧性能,发现EPS和XPS的燃烧性能均随老化试验的进行而明显降低,这与阻燃剂含量降低和材料自身的老化降解有关;湿热老化试验几乎不影响PIRPU的燃烧性能。The hydrothermal aging experiments of typical polymer-based thermal insulation materials including expanded polystyrene foam( EPS), extruded polystyrene foam (XPS)and polyisoeyanate-polyurethane foam( PIRPU ) were carried out with 75% humidity at 60℃ ,70℃ and 80℃ in hydrothermal aging chamber, respectively. The flame retardant elements content of the materials after hydrothermal aging decreased with the increase of aging test time, which were analyzed by ion chromatography. The combustion properties of the materials after hydrothermal ag- ing were investigated by oxygen index and cone calorimeter,the combustion properties of EPS and XPS decreased obviously that caused by the decrease of flame retardants content and the degradation of the materials under hydro- thermal aging condition, and the results showed that hydrothermal aging had few effect on the combustion properties of PIRPU.
