摘　　要：浆纱工序是织物织造的关键工序,针对涤/粘混纺纱易产生静电、毛羽多等特点,制定了两种经纱上浆配方,对其浆液性能、浆膜性能及浆纱质量等相关指标进行对比分析,得出了13tex涤/粘混纺纱的最佳上浆工艺。Sizing process is a key process in fabric weaving. Two kinds of warp sizing formulas were designed based on the polyester/viscose blended yarn＇s characters of static electricity and more hairiness, etc. The size liquid performances and size film properties and the related indexes were analyzed, and the best sizing process was optimized after the analysis and comparison.
