摘 要:职业测评工具作为一种了解自我的工具,科学评估个人与职业相关的特质,激发个人的自我开发,为职业选择提供可依据的科学信息。MBA学生处于职业生涯探索和建立期的关键时期,职业测评在MBA学生职业规划中具有非常重要的作用。本文以上海财经大学商学院实践的Facet5(大五人格测评)为例,通过案例分析的形式详细解读该测评工具在职业规划中实践和作用,对强化职业测评在职业规划中的组合设计、个性化应用、加大投入等方面提出了相应的思考与启示。Career assessment tools, as the tool to understand ourselves, can be used to assess one's career-related traits scientifically, to stimulate self-development, and to provide reliable scientific information for career choice. MBA students are in a critical period of career exploration and career establishment, thus career assessment plays a significant role in MBA students' career planning. This paper use Facet5 (Big Five personality assessment) as an example, which has been applied in Business School of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. We explain the practice and function of the assessment tools in career planning through case analysis in detail, and give further thoughts in strengthening combinational design, personalized application and increasing investment of career assessment in career planning.
