摘 要:DB区块地质构造复杂,岩性主要是泥岩、砂岩。该区块在钻进过程中井壁稳定性差,出现井漏、井壁坍塌、阻卡等复杂情况较多。笔者首先对DB区块已钻井的复杂情况进行了统计与分析,确定了DB区块地层坍塌压力与破裂压力计算模型,进而确定了该区块各个层位的安全钻井液密度窗口。研究结果应用于DB区块LP14井的钻进中,有效的减少了井底复杂情况的发生频数,对其它井的钻进具有一定的指导意义。The geological structure of DB block is complex; its lithology is mudstone and sandstone. A lot of complex cases took place during the drilling, such as lost circulation, hole collapse, sticking and so on, which showed that the borehole stability of DB block was poor. In this paper, the complex conditions of DB block were analyzed, then calculation model of formation collapse pressure and fracture pressure was established to determine the safety drilling fluid density window. The result was used in well LP14, which could reduce the occurrence frequency of complex cases.
