摘　　要：本文对我国2015年更新版的《丙型肝炎防治指南》中丙型肝炎的流行病学、诊断、抗病毒治疗的时机选择、抗HCV药物种类、治疗方案的选择、特殊人群的抗病毒治疗及监测随访等方面进行解读,以期更好地应用于临床实践。This article focuses on the issues related to epidemiology, diagnosis, when to initiate therapy, anti-HCV medications, selection of appropriate treatment regimens, treatment strategies for specific patients and follow-up in the Chinese guideline of prevention and treatment for hepatitis C（2015 updated version）, so as to help to use the guideline better in clinical practice.
