高等商科院校学生发展核心素养体系初探

摘　　要：如何建构高等商科院校学生发展核心素养体系,是高等商科院校落实教育部要求、提高人才培养质量亟待解决的问题。本文回顾了教育部的文件要求与基本点,以马克思关于人的全面发展学说为依据,以实践形态为着力点,抓住商科教育与经济发展的密切关系,描述高等院校学生发展的一般核心素养及商科院校独特的核心素养,提出形成商科特色核心素养的途径。How to construct the core literacy system of students in the business university and college is a problem to be solved urgently in order to implement the requirements of ministry of education and improve the quality of personnel training. This paper reviewed the documentation requirements of ministry of education and the basic point, based on Marx＇s theory of all-round development of people, in the form of practice as the exerting point, seized the close relationship between business education and economic development, described the general core literacy and unique core literacy of different business schools. Finally, this paper proposed the way to develop the core literacy system of business university and college.
