摘 要:论述了电动阀门在电动操作和手动操作模式下,其过力矩的产生机理。分析了手动操作时,由于人或工具等的不同,对电动执行机构输入力矩亦不相同,从而造成电动执行机构或阀门损坏的可能性增加,甚至造成阀门永久性损坏。探讨了力矩扳手对手动输入的力矩进行限制,从而避免手动操作过力矩的发生,又能保证阀门关闭到位。介绍了使用力矩扳手进行电动阀门力矩校验的具体方法,使得现场无阀门诊断装置力矩校验成为可能。The generation mechanism of the over torque in the electric operation and manual operation mode is introduced. Due to different people, tools, etc. , the electric actuator input torque is also not the same. Manual operation will cause the increasing possibility of damage to the electric actuator or valve, and even result in permanent damage to the valve. Use of torque wrench to limit the torque of manual operation, so as to avoid the occurrence of the over torque, but also to ensure that the valve can be closed in place. This paper introduces the method of using torque wrench to check the torque of the e- lectric valve, which makes it possible to make a torque check without valve diagnostic device in the field.
