摘　　要：国内由地方政府主导的城市记忆工程建设已取得初步成效,但作为社会记忆一部分的高校记忆工程建设尚未被关注。抢救和挖掘高校历史记忆信息、记录高校现行状态信息是高校精神文化建设的重要内容、智慧校园的基础资源建设内容以及社会记忆系统构建的重要补充。收集和整理高校记忆信息资源,并提供有效利用是一项复杂的系统工程,即高校记忆工程,它是所有与高校记忆信息资源相关的技术和管理活动的集合总称,具有文化、教育、传播、史料、服务等功能。高校记忆工程的框架体系架构可分为资源层、服务层和保障层,建设内容分为信息资源收集、信息资源整理与存储、信息资源服务和保障。其中,资源层是建设重点,高校记忆信息资源协同平台是建设核心。The construction of urban memory project which is led by the local government has achieved initial results in China, however, the construction of the project of university memory as a part of social memory hasn＇t been concerned. To rescue and excavate the historical memory information of university and record the current status of university are important parts of the construction of spiritual culture in university, which are the basic resources of smart campus and important complements to social memory system.To collect and compile information resources of university memory and to provide efl^ctive service is a complex and systematic project, named the project of university memory, which is a general term of technique and management activities related to information resources of university memory, and it has the function of culture, education, communication, historical materials, services and so on. The framework architecture of the project of university memory can be divided into resources layer, service layer and protection layer, and its construction content is mainly made up of information resources collection, information resources arrangement and storage, information resources service and protection. The resources layer is the construction emphasis of the project of university memory, and the collaboration platform of memory information resources is the core of construction of the project of the university memory.
