摘　　要：针对各决策时段权重未知、属性值以三角模糊数形式给出的动态多属性决策问题,给出模糊有序加权几何平均(FOWGA)算子.算子可以对各时段属性信息进行横向和纵向的集结,从而得到方案的排序.最后通过实例分析说明方法的有效性和可行性.Aiming at the dynamic multi-attribute decision making problems,in which the information about the attribute weights was unknown and the attribute values were in the forms of triangular fuzzy numbers,a fuzzy ordered weighted averaging geometric（FOWGA）operator was presented.The operator can aggregate attribute information of different period by horizontal and vertical methods,and then getting a ranking alternatives method.Finally,an example was given to approve the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
