摘　　要：原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤(PCNSL)为临床上罕见的淋巴结外侵犯的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,仅累及脑、脊髓及其附属结构。鉴于该病临床影像学表现特异性低,诊断难度大,误诊率较高,笔者报告颅眶沟通性原发淋巴瘤1例并文献复习,以期为同类疾病临床诊疗提供参考和建议。Primary central nervous system lymphoma is a clinically rare non-Hodgkin lymphoma with lymph node external invasion, which only has an involvement of brain, spinal cord and their accessory structures. Because this disease is characterized by low specificity in clinical imaging performance, difficult diagnosis and high misdiagnosis rate, the author reported a case of primary cranial-orbital lymphoma. The clinical presentation, diagnostic procedure, treatment, and outcome of this case were presented with a review of the related literature, aiming at providing references and recommendations for the clinical treatment of similar diseases.
