摘　　要：目的通过对山西省某传染病医院布鲁菌病患者经济负担状况及相关影响因素进行研究,以了解山西省布鲁菌病患者的经济负担相关情况,为制定布鲁菌病防治措施及合理使用卫生资源提供科学依据。方法对2013年1月至2013年12月于太原市传染病医院收治的布鲁菌病患者的患病情况及门诊和住院相关费用进行问卷调查。结果慢性期患者的平均住院天数为(23.21±6.19)d,平均住院费用为(8 724.5±1 784.6)元,显著高于急性期患者的平均住院天数(11.04±5.17)d和平均住院费(4758.5±894.1)元,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论加强布鲁菌病预防知识的宣传,做到早发现、早治疗,同时有效降低布鲁菌病慢性化,最终达到减轻布鲁菌病患者经济负担目的。Objective To investigate the correlative factors of financial burden of patients with brucellosis in a infectious diseases hospital in Shanxi Province, and to provide the scientific basis for the formulation of prevention measures of brucellosis and the rational use of health resources. Methods The expenses of our hospital＇s outpatients or inpatients between January 2013 to December 2013 were done questionnaire survey. Results For the chronic-phase inpatients, the average hospitalization durion were（23.21 ± 6.19） days, the average expenses was（8 724.5 ± 1 784.6） yuan. For the acute-phase inpatients, the average hospitalization durion were（11.04 ± 5.17） days, the average expense was（4 758.5 ± 894.1） yuan; there was significant difference between the chronic and acute patients（P〈0.001）. Conclusions In order to alleviate the financial burden of the patients with brucellosis, more knowledge should be available, the early diagnose and early treatment should be given to the patients to reduce the rate of chronic-phase.
