摘　　要：比较北京、重庆、吉林三省市轨道交通工程费用定额措施费内容、基数和费率的差异,以建标〔2011〕159号文件为参考依据,分析差异产生的原因。在此基础上,总结概括出适用大部分地区的措施费内容、基数和费率的范围,使费用定额规范化、统一化,为全国城市轨道交通工程费用定额的编制提供参考。Through comparing the similar and different of the content,base quota and rate of step cost of traffic engineering expense quota in Beijing,Chongqing and Jilin,analyzes the reason of the different based on building standard No.159 paper. On this basis,summarizes the range of step cost content,base quota and rate to make expense quota normalizing and harmonizing and offers the materials to national urban rail traffic engineering expense quota.
