摘　　要：40000 m3/h制氧机组中压液氩泵电机过载的故障,由此引发电机过热、皮带磨损打滑、轴承跑外圈、垫片异常变形等分析及处理,找出了设备故障的原因及处理方法,对该类设备维护及故障处理提供思路及建议。The motor overload failure of the medium-pressure liquid argon pump of40000 m3/h oxygen generating unit often leads to problems of motor overheating, belt wear and skidding, bearing running outer and gasket abnormal deformation. Through analysis and treatment, the causes of the failure and treatment methods were found out. Ideas and suggestions on maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment were also provided.
