摘 要:目的探讨正常成年人发不同元音时口腔压力和鼻流量值的差异,并分析二者之间是否有相关性。方法对30例正常成人(男女各半)在发/pa/、/pi/、/pu/时测量其口腔压力,在发/a/、/i/、/u/时测量其鼻流量,对结果进行统计学分析。结果 1男性发/pa/、/pi/、/pu/时口腔压力平均值分别为4.53±0.70、5.21±0.80、5.87±1.45cm H2O,女性分别为4.09±0.30、4.47±0.30、4.77±0.32cm H2O,男性较女性高(P<0.05);不同元音间口腔压力值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但不同性别和不同元音间无交互作用。2男性发/a/、/i/、/u/时鼻流量平均值分别为30.2%±5.75%、38.8%±8.54%、26.5%±6.03%,女性分别为32.4%±7.14%、40.5%±11.8%、30.1%±4.83%;女性较男性高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同元音间鼻流量后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但不同性别和不同元音间无交互作用。3口腔压力和鼻流量值呈弱相关(r=-0.240)。结论不同性别成人发相同元音时,男性的平均口腔压力值较女性高,但男女之间鼻流量值差异无统计学意义;相同性别不同元音间口腔压力和鼻流量值差异有统计学意义;口腔压力与鼻流量弱相关。Objective To investigate the difference and the correlation of the vowel's phonation threshold pressure and nasalance in normal subjects.Methods The Aeroview(GLOTTAL Enterprises)with the materials/pa/,/pi/,/pu/ was used to obtain phonation threshold pressure values and The NasalviewTM(Tiger Electronics Inc.,Seattle,Shanghai)with the materials/a/,/i/,/u/was used to obtain nasalance values.A total of 30subjects(15males,15 females,and aged 19~30)years old received the tests.The results of the vowel's phonation threshold pressure and nasalance gender score difference were compared.Results The PTP gender scores of/a/,/i/,/u/in males were 4.53±0.70 cm,5.21±0.80 cm,5.87±1.45 cm,and in females were4.09±0.30 cm,4.47±0.30 cm,and 4.77±0.32 cm,respectively.There were significant differences between males and females in PTP values(P〈0.05).The PTP gender score differences showed that males were greater than that of females.There were significant differences in different vowels(P〈0.05).The nasalance gender scores of/a/,/i/,/u/in males were 30.2±5.75%,38.8±8.54%,26.5±6.03%,and in females were32.4±7.14%,40.5±11.8%,and 30.1±4.83%,respectively.There were no significant differences between males and females in nasalance values(P〈0.05).The nasalance gender score differences showed that females were greater than males.There were significant differences in different vowels(P〈0.05).This study found a weak correlation between PTP and nasalance.Conclusion The relationship between oral pressure and nasal flow cannot be accurately measured by measuring PTP,and/pa/is a relatively suitable material for testing oral pressure.
