摘　　要：总结3D打印技术在外科学的临床应用现状,分析未来发展趋势。检索目前国内外3D打印技术在外科学临床应用的相关文献,并进行综合分析。3D打印技术在外科学领域的应用越来越广泛,尤其在中枢神经系统的影响越来越深刻,但临床实际应用中仍存在诸多问题。随着生物材料科学和计算机信息技术的快速发展,3D打印技术在神经系统外科学方面必将实现突破性的进展。To review the current research status of three-dimensional（3-D） printing technique on clinical surgery application and predict the future development trends. Recent related literature about 3-D printing technique on surgery application was summarized, reviewed, and analyzed. 3-D printing technique is more and more widely used in the field of surgery application, and has had a profound influence on central nervous system, but still many problems existed. As the rapid development of the biological materials science and computer technology, 3-D printing technique will achieve breakthroughs in terms of neurosurgery.
