从方言词汇看赣地传统农耕文化——以丰城方言为例

摘　　要：本文主要考察了丰城方言1的农具类、农事类和农作物类等三个方面的方言词汇,从方言学和词汇学的角度对赣地传统农耕文化进行探究,认为赣地传统农耕文化有以下三点内涵:(一)农具以传统农具为主,取材自然,分工细致且种类繁多;(二)耕作过程沿袭自古流传下来的耕作工序,遵循农作物的生长过程,重视施肥,农家肥的获取途径多样化;(三)水稻为主要粮食作物。The paper mainly studies three aspects of Fengcheng dialect：farm tools, farming and crops, exploring Jiangxi traditional farming culture from dialect and lexicology. Traditional farming culture in Jiangxi has the following three points connotation. First, the main tools are traditional farming tools, which are made from the nature, with detailed categorizing and a wide range of variety. Secondly, farming process observes traditional process handed down from ancient times, which follows the crop growth process, and pays much attention to fertilizer whose acquisitions are various. Thirdly, rice is the main food crops.
