摘  要:以某钢厂六流连铸机T型中间包为研究对象,根据相似原理建立了几何相似比为1∶4的物理模型。模型从挡墙上导流孔角度优化方面研究中间包内流动特性的改变。实验结果表明,上导流孔倾角15°、下导流孔倾角25°方案控流装置获得了相对最优的结果。采用优化后的控流装置,死区总体比例从原型方案的22.24%降为15.75%,钢液得到更充分的混匀;各流平均停留时间标准差从原型方案的37.92 s降到31.29 s,各流一致性也得到改善。Taking a six- strand caster T type tundish in a steelworks as an object,the study sets up a physical model with geometric similarity ratio of 1. 4 on the basis of similarity principle. The model simulates the changing law of flow characteristics in tundish from aspect of angle optimization for fluted opening on tundish baffle. The experimental results show that the flow control device in the solution with upper fluted opening angle of 15° and lower fluted opening angle of 25° receives a comparatively optimized flow pattern of the tundish. After optimization of flow control devices,the proportion of dead zone decreases from the previous 22. 24% in prototype to the current 15. 75% which means that the molten steel is well mixed,the standard deviation of average residence time decreases from the previous 37. 92 s to the current 31. 29 s,which indicates that the consistency among the strands is greatly improved.
