摘  要:了解杂交水稻亲本配合力和遗传率,为杂交水稻的亲本选育及强优组合的筛选提供理论依据。以4个不育系和7个恢复系为亲本,采用4×7不完全双列杂交(NCII)模式对9个主要农艺性状进行了配合力分析。结果表明,9个性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力均达到极显著水平;除有效穗、株高和单株产量等性状主要受组合特殊配合力的影响外,其余性状主要受亲本一般配合力的制约;父本一般配合力的作用明显大于母本一般配合力的作用;不育系广仔占S、连籼1A和恢复系RH-1、RH-2和RH-6等亲本多数性状的一般配合力效应和特殊配合力效应较高,具有较好的应用前景。The combining ability and heritability of main agronomic characteristics of four sterile lines and seven restore lines bled Academy of Lianyungang agricultural sciences were analyzed by 4 ×7 incomplete dialle cress design to provide the theoretical basis for parent breeding and selection d super-excellent combination in hybricc. The results showed that general combining ability(GCA) and specific combining a- bility(SCA) of all the characteristics were significant at 1% level. The role of GCA was more important than SCA for most characteristics except for panicle per plant, plant height and grain weight per plant, and the role of GCA for restore lines was greater than that for sterile lines. Sterile line Guangzizhan S,Lianxian 1A and restore line RH-2,RH-6 and RH-7 showed greater GCA and SCA variance for more agro- nomic characteristics, which had good prospects for development.
