甘蓝型油菜茎秆强度与主要农艺经济性状的相关分析

摘　　要：以20个甘蓝型杂交油菜新品种为材料,分析了茎秆上、中、下部主要茎秆强度相关性状和主要农艺经济性状的相关性。结果表明,在不同油菜品种间茎秆强度相关性状和主要农艺经济性状多数都存在着明显差异。上、中、下部茎粗、壁厚、穿刺强度和压破强度等主要茎秆机械强度相关性状都随着茎秆部位增高而降低。各部位间穿刺强度与压破强度呈现出极显著的正相关性,中部茎秆强度指标与其它不同部位的相应和不同强度指标具有相对较高的相关性。本试验结果表明,油菜茎秆强度的改良和提高,将对一些株型相关性状产生一定的影响,但对株高和多数主要经济性状不会产生明显的影响。Taken 20 new hybrid rapeseed varieties as tested materials, the correlation analyses of the stem strength related traits at upper, middle and lower stem parts with agronomic and economic traits were made. The results showed that there were significant differences be- tween the stem strength related traits and the main agronomic and economic traits in the majority of the cultivars. The main mechanical strength related traits at the upper, middle and lower stem parts, including stem diameter, wall thickness, puncture strength and crush strength, decreased as the stem part increased. The puncture strengths and crush strengths of different stem parts had highly significantly positive correlations. The stem strength indices at the middle stem part had relatively higher correlation coefficients with other stem parts. These results indicated that the improvement and increase in stem strengths would have some degree of effects on the plant type related traits but have no significant effect on the height and most of the main economic traits of plant.
