摘  要:以218份加工番茄骨干自交系为试验材料,采用叶面喷雾的方法对其中30份自交系进行菌悬液室内人工接种,评价不同加工番茄自交系对番茄叶霉病的抗性表现;同时利用基因功能标记对所有参试材料进行分子检测,明确这些材料中是否含有抗番茄叶霉病基因(Cf-9)。室内人工接种鉴定结果表明,在30份加工番茄骨干自交系中,共筛选出抗病材料6份,中抗材料16份,感病材料7份,高感材料1份,其占比例分别为20.0%、53.3%、23.3%和3.4%。特异引物PCR检测结果表明,在218份加工番茄骨干自交系中,含抗叶霉病基因(Cf-9)的材料有74份,占总数的33.9%;不含抗叶霉病基因(Cf-9)的材料有144份,占总数的66.1%。总体来看,在新疆加工番茄骨干自交系中,以中抗叶霉病材料居多,选用抗病自交系(亲本)配制杂交组合,并利用基因功能标记在育种早代筛选抗病基因型,有助于提高选择效率,加速新疆加工番茄抗病育种进程。The aims of this study were to evaluated the resistance of processing tomato inbred lines to Cladosporium fulvum. 218 processing tomato founder inbred lines were used to investigate the distribution of resistant gene Cf-9 by using functional marker, in which 30 lines were identified under artificial inoculation conditions through spore suspension in lab. The results of artificial inoculation showed that there were no immune or highly resistant lines,6 inbred lines were resistant to Cladospodum fulvum,16 lines were moderately resistant to Cladosporiumful- rum,7 lines were sensitive to Cladospodum fulvum,and 1 lines was highly sensitive to Cladosporium fulvum among the 30 inbred lines. Their proportions were 20.0 %, 53.3 %, 23.3 % and 3.4 %, respectively. The results of specific primer PCR indicated that there were 74 lines with resistant gene Cf-9 and 144 lines not with resistant gene Cf-9 in 218 processing tomato founder inbred lines, the proportions were 33.9 % and 66.1%, respectively. In a word, the number of inbred lines moderately resistant to Cladospodum fulvum was most in Xinjiang pro- cessing tomato. When producing cress combinations, we should take resistant inbred lines as experimental parent materials and select resist- ant genotype by using gene functional marker in early period, which will contribute to enhancing efficiency and accelerating breeding pro-gress.
