摘 要:以26份不同居群的滇龙胆资源种子为材料,采用室内生物测定的方法,研究了在同一浓度下的核桃叶、茶叶、桉叶提取液对不同来源滇龙胆种子的化感作用。测试结果采用化感作用效应指数(RI)进行评价。结果表明,3种叶片的提取液在0.2%浓度下,对滇龙胆种子的萌发均有一定的抑制作用,其化感作用的强弱依次为:桉叶>茶叶>核桃叶。根据不同提取液的种子萌发率均值进行聚类分析,当距离为1.79时,26份滇龙胆种质资源,可分为4个类群。其中第Ⅰ、Ⅱ类群,具有较高的发芽率和一致性,化感效应指数低,生产上用该类种源与核桃树和茶树进行复合种植是可行的。In order to research allelopathy of the aqueous extract from leaves of walnut, tea and eucalyptus on the germination rate of Gent/arm rigescens seeds, the 26 experimental materials from different sources under the same concentration were studied by using indoor bioassay method, and the test results were evaluated by the allelopathy effect index (RI). The results showed that all the three aqueous extracts under 0.2 % concentration had a inhibitory effect on the germination of G. rigescens seeds, and the inhibition order was Eucalyptus leaf 〉 tea leaf 〉 walnut leaf. According to the germination rate clustering analysis, the 26 germplasm resources seeds were divided into 4 groups at 1.79 of the distance. I and II groups had a high germination rate and consistency and low allelopathie effect index. Therefore, the compound planting of the two groups G. rigescens with the walnut or tea was practicable in production.
