摘 要:利用生态学方法,研究盐度、碱度和体质量对叶尔羌高原鳅(Triplophysa yarkandensis)的呼吸和排泄等代谢的影响。结果表明,盐、碱度和体质量对叶尔羌高原鳅耗氧率和排氮率有显著影响(P<0.05)。叶尔羌高原鳅耗氧率随盐度增加先升后降,盐度5g·L^(-1)有峰值;叶尔羌高原鳅排氮率则与之相反,盐度20 g·L^(-1)时排氮率0.084 mg·(g·h)^(-1)。叶尔羌高原鳅耗氧率随碱度先升后降,当碱度1.922 mmol·L^(-1)到达峰值;叶尔羌高原鳅排氮率则与耗氧率变化趋势相似。叶尔羌高原鳅的耗氧率和排氮率随体质量的增大在不同盐、碱度下不同。叶尔羌高原鳅耗氧率/排氮率随盐、碱度的增大而降低,分别在盐度5 g·L^(-1)和碱度11.922mmol·L^(-1)时该鱼耗氧率/排氮率随体质量增大。研究显示,盐、碱度和体质量对渗透调节起到重要作用,使得呼吸和排泄表现明显不同,当水体盐度5 g·L^(-1)和碱度11.922 mmol·L^(-1)时叶尔羌高原鳅呼吸和排泄表现正常,可能与Na+/K+-ATP活力密切相关。The effects of salinity, alkali and weight on oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rate of Trlplophysa (Hedinlchthys) yarkan- dens/s (Day) were studied by means of the experimental ecology method in laboratory. Results showed that salinity, alkali and weight had significant effects on the oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rate ( P 〈 0.05 ), when salinity was 5 g·L - 1 and the oxygen consump- tion rate of T. H. yarkandensis(Day) increased as the salinity decreased. The ammonia excretion rate of T. H. yarkandensls(Day) decreased as the salinity increased, the ammonia excretion rate was 0.084 mg·( g · h) - 1 when the salinity was 20 g · L -1. The oxygen consumption rate from the first of T. H. yarkandensis( Day), then as the alkali decreased, the alkali maximum was 11. 922 mmol· L-1, and when alkali was 31. 922 mmol · L -1 the ammonia excretion rate from the first of T. H. yarkandensis(Day) increased. The oxygen consumption rate of T. H. yarkandensls(Day) increased as weight increased, and ammonia excretion rate of T. H. yarkandensis(Day) increased as weight de- creased. The O/N ratio of T. H. yarkandens/s(Day) increased with the salinity and alkali decreased, and the O/N ratio T. H. yarkandensis (Day) increased as weight increased, when the salinity was5 g · L-1 and the alkali was 11.922 mmol · L-l. Therefore, so that salinity, alkali and weight were involved in osmoregulation of T. H. yarkandensis(Day) adapting for different salinity, to change the oxygen consump- tion and ammonia excretion rate of T. H. yarkandensls(Day). It is good at the oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion rate of T. H. yarkandensis( Day), when the salinity is 5 g· L-1 and the alkali is 11. 922 mmol ·L -1, may be related to the Na +/K + -ATP.
