基于生态服务价值的土地整理生态效益评价--以庆阳市西峰区董志镇土地整理项目为例

摘　　要：土地整理项目实施后的生态效益关系到经济、社会、人文等多个方面,且相互影响、相互制约,而生态效益的评价也是一项综合性、技术性很强的工作,不仅会打破土地资源原有的状态还会产生或利或害的影响。本文以庆阳市西峰区董志镇土地整理项目为例,运用生态系统服务价值货币化的方法,对比分析土地整理项目实施前后研究区生态效益的变化情况,得出实施前生态效益货币化价值为800 018.8元,实施后生态效益货币化价值为923 159.1元,实施后其价值增加了123 140.31元(增加率15.39%)。说明土地整理项目实施生态效益显著。The ecological benefit of land consolidation project is related to the economic, social, cultural and other aspects, and the mutual influence and mutual restraint, and the evaluation of ecological benefits is a comprehensive and technical work. Will not only break the land resources of the original state will produce or benefit or harm, this paper, Xifeng District, Qingyang City Dongzhi town land consolidation project as an example, the use of ecosystem service value of the currency of the method, the comparative analysis of land consolidation project before and after the implementation of the research district ecological changes, draw the implementation of ecological benefits of monetary value for 800 018.8 yuan, after the implementation of the monetization of ecological benefit value for 923 159.1 yuan. After the implementation of the value increased by 123 140.31 yuan （increase the rate of 15.39%）. The results showed that the ecological benefit of land consolidation project was significant.
